To strengthen their Ethics & Compliance team based in their UK head office in Slough, UCB are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Affiliate Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Partner.
As the Affiliate E&C Partner you will work closely with the E&C Lead to support the implementation of affiliate compliance programme. The focus of the role is operational, day-to-day management of various elements of the ethics and compliance programme. This could include: supporting of training delivery, implementation of standards and procedures, monitoring, implementation of pre-defined risk mitigation actions as well as support with some administrative tasks. As a member of E&C team you will also promote good compliance culture and drive engagement of the business. The role offers a great opportunity for a more junior compliance professional, who is keen to learn and expand their skills working as part of a small team in a dynamic environment.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills
· Passion for compliance and good communication skills
· Experience (direct or indirect – confronted and operated) in healthcare compliance.
· Working knowledge of Healthcare Compliance requirements including self-regulated industry codes (ABPI, IPHA, PAGB, EFPIA).
· Experience in a transnational and multicultural environment.
